1. Buyer accepts the responsibility of caring for the kitten/cat and will provide properly for it's welfare. Buyer agrees to keep kitten/cat indoors, uncaged, with proper food and vet care. Buyer also understands that if the kitten/cat is declawed, it will render the guarantee null and void. Buyer also understands that vaccinating this kitten/cat for FeLV or FIP will nagate the guarantee.

2. Unless altered before sale, buyer will spay a female kitten between 6-8 months and neuter a male kitten between 5-6 months of age. Upon the receipt of a veterinarian's bill showing that the kitten has been spayed or neutered, seller agrees to provide the litter registration form for the kitten to be registered.. Buyer assures and guarantees that this kitten will no be used for breeding or stud.

3. Buyer agrees that this kitten/cat was purchased as pet quality for the sum of $_________.

4. This kitten is guaranteed against congenital defects until one year of age. Should the kitten die within that time as a direct result of a congenital defect, the kitten will be replaced ONLY if a necropsy is performed by a licensed veterinarian and a certificate of proof of cause of death is forwarded to the seller. NO CASH REFUNDS.



In signing this document, Buyer acknowledges that he/she has read, understands, and agrees to all of the terms and conditions of the above sale.
