By mailing this deposit form, I agree to the following:
1. That I have read the kitten/cat agreement/contract and will sign it at kitten pickup or prior to
shipping.
2. That the deposit is non-refundable except if a kitten is not available within 12 months. I can then
extend the deposit time or request a refund. There is no refund of deposit if I choose not to take an
offered kitten.
3. That I am paying in cash or money order the balance due.
4. That a specific kitten will be held for me upon viewing photos or visiting the litter unless undue
circumstances make the kitten unavailable. If that happens, I may ask for my deposit to be returned, choose
another kitten of the same sex and color or wait for another litter to be born.
5. That if I am having my kitten shipped, my balance must be paid in full 2 weeks (14 days) prior to
shipping.
6. That prior to shipping, I must sign and return the kitten agreement/contract which the breeder will
send to me.
7. That I am responsible for ALL shipping cost: health certificate/exam, rabies vaccination, crate,
airfare, transportation fee to the airport, etc…
