That I have read the kitten/cat AGREEMENT/CONTRACT and will sign it at kitten pick-up or prior to shipping. 2. That the deposit is non-refundable except if a kitten is not available within 12 months. I can then extend the deposit time or request a refund. There is no refund of deposit if I choose to not take an offered kitten. 3. That I am paying in cash or money order the balance due. 4. That a specific kitten will be held for me upon viewing photos or visiting the litter unless undue circumstances make the kitten unavailable. If that happens, I may adk for my deposit to be returned, choose another kitten of the same sex and color or wait for another litter to be born. 5. That if I am having my kitten shipped, my balance must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to shipping. 6. That prior to shipping, I must sign and return the kitten AGREEMENT/CONTRACT which the breeder will send to me. 7. That I am responsible for ALL shipping cost: health certificate/exam, rabies vaccination, crate, airfare, transportation fee to airport, etc... |
